Use | Palladium (II) trifluoroacetic acid can be used as a catalyst for mild decarboxylation of electric-rich aromatic acids and for direct cross-coupling reactions of unactivated aromatic hydrocarbons. It can catalyze the selective allyl oxidation of geraniolacetone and other olefins to produce the corresponding propylene acetate, which can then be converted into ketol. |

Risk Codes | 36/37/38 - Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. |
Safety Description | S26 - In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. S37/39 - Wear suitable gloves and eye/face protection |

Use | It can catalyze the selective allyl oxidation of geraniol acetone and other olefins to generate the corresponding propylene acetate, which can then be converted into ketol. |
production method | 1.0.3g palladium acetate (ii) is dissolved in 15mL trifluoroacetic acid and evaporated in a steam bath. After steaming dry, add about 7mL of trifluoroacetic acid and evaporate again. The residue was dried at 40 ℃ under vacuum to obtain brown powder. |
